Throughout the years Cindy Roman has worked with children of many ages and has read many books to entertain them. She has admired children's authors such as Robert Munsch and Judy Blume. As a mother her son would ask her to make up bedtimes stories every night rather then having one read. Eventually as her son grew she decided to put her stories onto paper. She stated that while writing her first book
she remembered her son smiling as he listened to her stories. Now she has created Max's Yellow Cup and Don't Be Shy Jack, Me and My Feelings, The Magic Marble and Oops! Excuse Me to bring a smile to all children.
